We need a freaking sideways scrollbar

On Google Chrome whenever I have a new window pop up for a PM, the size is pretty small. It's fine, except you can't scroll to the right, so you can't even see their entire message. We need a scrollbar. Watch, resize your browser window so you can only see half the page, there's no scrollbar to go right and left so you can't see the entire page.

Maybe. I'd kinda like to make the forum fluid width instead of fixed width, but IDK how much editing that would require given that it uses a background image (and background images must be fixed). If I can make it fluid, it should fix the PM issue automatically.
