Well, I do this diet once every 3 months (3 times a year) and it is phenomenal. It's like a diet plan. I usually do: January, May, September. And it's sort of a strict diet but worth it. Absolutely free all you need is self discipline. Now, I do exercise regularly. (Every say after school for an hour) which keeps me in shape. If you want to look lean and more toned (being that you are in shape) this diet is perfect for you.
The diet consists of: Fruits, Vegetables, Meats (avoid red if you can though it is not mandatory), water/milk/100% Concentrate juice, nothing artificial.
Avoid: Bread, Grains, Carbs, Pop, Candy, etc.
Also portion your meals.
It sounds simple and it is really, the part that pays off is that in the 3-4 month gap that you arent dieting, you can eat absolutely anything (responsibly of course) and only pack on little weight based on your metabolism. But try it out for a month, you'll see what I'm talking about. You'll feel more energized without a doubt.. you'll also look and feel better. It also helps with acne because of all the bad shit that you eat.
Work out regularly to boost results.
