Alright you fat nerds, listen up.
I've been running for the majority of my life, and now run collegiate track and cross country.
My parents are nutritionists by hobby and I've taken several courses in nutrition and health.
If you have any questions about running, starting to run, what to eat, etc etc. Ask them here and I'll answer them for you.

Endurance and speed, mostly. Running isn't difficult. Racing is difficult.
It doesn't matter how good of a runner you become, racing will ALWAYS hurt.
My knees are fine, my ankles are going to definitely be the first things that give up on me, but that wont be for many many years to come.

Ugh. I personally abhor running, I genuinely prefer swimming. To me, running causes more strain on my body than I'm willing trk with.
I feel sore when swimming too, but the tension is much lower.
I have a problem with nutrition though...
I detest healthy food as much as I do running, but I'd like to be able to eat healthier. I'm currently at 98.9 lbs, thanks to my uber metabolic pathways and their charms.
So... what can I do to actually eat healthier without feeling forced? Is there a technique to it?
Or is the only way to "suck it up and eat it"? Because if that's the case... I'll die with unhealthy foods in me. >_>;

The first step is always the hardest. Try to get rid all of those junk foods and also drinks. Try some fruits for a change and rather than soft drinks just drink plain water or tea. I'm pretty sure the strain on your body is because of all those junk foods and not enough nutrients.
I'm sure you'll find a fruit that you'll like. I used to hate some fruits and veggies until I actually tried them.
Humans yawn when they think of it.
