Finally, some exercise I can do with my broken leg! :D
Thank you soooo much, I re-broke my leg so it put my every-day jogging on hold, so I've been trying to find exercises I can do with my broken leg but couldn't find many. The assisted pushups where you use your knees would be perfect for me, because it doesn't put any weight on my broken leg but would still allow me to do pushups.

That's where I'm at, and no way I can get to 100 any time soon. I suppose if I just kept doing them daily, it may not take that long to get to 100. But fuck that, I'm lazy.
Not too difficult. Just do like 5x20 pushups for a week or two. Then 4x25, etc
Just do those push ups, then compare it to when you go down, go down but keep your elbows tucked to your side, hands shoulder length apart, and go down until your arms break the 90 degree plane.Quote:
