Any tips or exercises I should do/try to get rid of it? I won't consider it gone until I can't pinch when I stand.

Go on a caloric deficit.
Meaning cut out the soda and all the junk food.
Do lots of cardio/ go jogging/sit ups/biking
And just eat less or eat more healthy. Like salads. Anything that basically has little calories that will fill you up.

Do sit-ups or cruches! That's what I always do... Do lots, even until it hurts. Infact, when it starts hurting keep going! Think with all the hard work, the pain will be worth it! Also don't necessarily eat A LOT less, but don't eat complete shit. If you focus on eating healthier foods with very little fat in them, you will lose what fat you have.
Also keep in mind that the less you do eat, the more you fast and starve yourself, the less you will want to eat. Your stomach will shrink. Though fasting is NOT a good a way to build muscle and lose weight. I would NOT recommended fasting, just eating less and healthier. And when I say healthy I don't mean like carrots and lettuce and all of that shit you don't want to eat... There is lots of healthy foods that also don't taste horrible. Like yogurt, nuts, fruits... Maybe instead of like a lays or cheetos eat some tortilla chips and guacamole. Avadcado's have a lot of good fats (like the ones in walnuts and figs) and still taste pretty good too.
Idk that's what I've done for the past years and it works alright, I'd say.

Oh crepes! That's a lot of good advice! @w@ I'll go start exercising now!
But, Also, I don't like junk food and most meals I eat are home cooked. Can I still eat meats as long as I include some leafy greens?

Well yeah! But it depends on what your are homecooking with. When I go to my cousins house in Texas, they also make a lot of homecooked meals. They taste amazing, but they are terrible for you! All the butters, and fats put in them make the food itself taste great, but it's bad for you!
You should look into the ingredients in your meals that you eat. Just to be sure, Meats are OK. They are actually good if you're trying to build muscle, and not just lose weight. But you have to eat the right type of meats. White meat from chicken, turkey, fish, these are good examples of meats that won't be bad for you to eat. Stuff like dark meat from anything, pork, or steak I would stay away from. Also meat is only OK if the whole meal itself isn't meat. Meat shouldn't be the main part of your meal when you're trying to lose weight. Include vegetables, yes. But not a like your whole meal vegetables either. The best thing to remember when trying to lose weight and eat healthy is everything in moderation. A lot of stuff that is good for you can become bad for you if you take it to the extreme! Have a good variety of everything thats healthy for you, and you should be fine. There is a difference between being skinny and healthy. If you want to be skinny, just fast for awhile. Or just eat like cheese and nuts or something, I honestly think that tastes pretty good.

Long story short: To lose weight make your portions smaller, if you want to include meat stay away from dark meat, pork, and steak. If you are just trying to be healthier, make your portions smaller and more diverse.
Exercising is more important than eating, to lose fat in your stomach. Especially if it's a good, hard workout. A lot of big time athletes can get away with eating total crap because they torcher their body, and burn a ridiculous amount of calories everyday. In theory, you could do this too if you burned enough calories yourself.
But lets be realistic, no one really wants trk on that hard. Just eat less, and exercise more.
If you want to feel like you don't have to eat as much every meal, start out not eating one meal and then for your next meal eat a lot less. This will shrink your stomach and decrease your desire to eat as much. For excess fat in your stomach, this is also important.
EDIT: Sorry for double post, but it erased everything that I typed for some reason when I tried to edit my first post. And wanted to get my information out there, since it took me like 5mins to write it... lol

Crunches and/or core body work outs will help get rid of it.

Reverse crunches. Regular/standard crunches will work the main abdominal erectus, but not the lower part of your abs. Reverse crunches will work the full spectrum of your ab core, especially the lower abs, basically the entire lower ab belt.

You can't target fat loss. You can firm the muscle up, but if you're looking for targeted fat loss, the answer would be the same as normal fat loss -- diet and exercise. I would suggest you monitor your healthy weight limit, however, since "not being able to pinch it when I stand" sounds unreasonable, unhealthy, and unrealistic. You don't want this goal to spill into anorexia, so if your ideal body image is below a healthy weight, your ideal body image can fuck off. To be blunt.
If you want to firm the muscle there, the suggestions in this thread will probably help. Beyond that, general fat loss is the only way to lose fat.

SoulEater beat me to it. You can't target fat loss. Just run, and drink A LOT of water. Best advice I can give. lol
Going on salad diets and shit aren't healthy.
Just eat normal and work out, and run. And it'll go away, lolYou can't capture what this kid spits with kismet

Actually you can lose the fat pretty easily. Just do reverse sit-ups, planking, knee to elbow crunches. And doing cardio by jogging at least 30 minutes everyday.

Even underweight people can pinch their stomaches while standing. Your expectations are unrealistic, and that's the best way to fail at your diet. People with unrealistic expectations of dieting are more likely to give up before achieving a realistic goal.
That said, you cannot target weight loss. You lose weight in a pattern. That is, doing 5000 sit ups or doing 5000 push ups, doesn't matter. Either way, you'd lose the same fat deposit, wherever that fat deposit may be on your body. If you want to lose a specific area, just exercise and eat healthy until that area looks how you want it to. If you want muscle gain in that area (e.g. abs), then do exercise for that area; but as far as fat loss goes, don't expect crunches to be more effective than running.
