Soooooo, I'm not really a tech geek or whatever, but this thing is really cool.
Not sure if this is old for you US folk already, but it pretty much hit the shops a few weeks ago here.
I was kindly persuaded into getting it by a dear friend of mine (whrks at a store that sells these what a coincidence)

Basically it's a bracelet that keeps track of how you move, sleep, eat and feel trough out the day, pretty nifty.

I've been slapping myself(and my bouncy belly) over and over again in hopes of getting a grip of a healthier, better lifestyle.
Now I was really, I mean REEEEEALLY sceptic about this at first and with a hefty price of 119€/129.99$ I had my doubts.
After a few hour long conversation about this mysterious bracelet and wether or not it fulfills my needs, I came to this conclusion:

If you're not a lazy bum like me and have the money to buy it: IT'S FREAKING AWESOME!

It's a lifeproof bracelet that you connect with an Android/iPhone app, fill in your info, and just wear it.
Use is divided into 3 main categories:

1. Sleep

You simply activate sleep mode by pressing a button, it tracks how long it takes you to fall asleep & the length of light/deep sleep.
You can set goals, an alarm and it even wakes you when you nap.

2. Activity

It tracks every step you take trough out the day and calculates calories burned.
There's also an option to add exercise to the list.

3. Food tracking.

Now this is really nifty, on top of an existing list of food products, it recognizes all barcodes.
You're able to track every single meal of the day & form your own lists of food.

Other cool features:

The power nap (wakes you up after an optimal 26.5 minutes of napping)
You're able to set a buzz reminder when you've been inactive for too long.
And you can track your mood and possibly even connect it to certain behavior.

I'm really excited to test it out and see how it changes my life.
