5'10, ~150-160. I have a fuckton of muscle from running and riding my bike so much, lol. I can barely pull most jeans up past my calves, they're like solid muscle.

I can only tone, I can't gain any weight.

I'm 5'9" and I weight 125lbs, sometime I'm 130lbs but for the last 8 years of my life I've been one of those numbers and never in between.

Right now, I weigh 185. I'm trying to go through a cutting phase and get down to 165, then a bulking phase and go to 200.

5' 10" 130-135 (changes regularly) I would work out and shit, but I live in a small backwoods town where the closest gym is almost an hour away
Wow that's crazy! I struggled to break 130, but it finally happened about a year ago and hasn't dropped below since, my goal is to get to 150 without losing my abs, but I'm starting to think that'll be impossible
If you do it slowly enough, you should be able to gain just muscle instead of fat, which won't affect your abs. If I'm not mistaken, then, all it would take is for you to eat your junkier food early in the day before your workout and your proteiny food right before or after your workout. That way you'll burn empty-caloried sugar to do the workout, while using protein to build muscle. In contrast to just eating more junkfood, which will just cause more fat to deposit. Though not that much more, since working out at all is a huge counter to that.
Unfortunately, while I do eat junky breakfasts to burn before a workout, most my calorie intake comes at night, as I don't have time before gym to. :(
So gotta go with what I can do. But I\'m sure you can find a way to gain muscle weight without layering fat over your abs.
You could dirty bulk to over 150 and lose your abs and then cut down to 150 to lose the fat deposits over your stomach. My friend is doing that. I\'m not doing as dirty of a bulk though, so I\'m hoping I can counteract the fat gain as it happens instead of having to cut down afterward.
