soooooooo.... My health teacher said creatin was bad for you, it caused gout or something.
But uhm.. I work out a lot in football and all I drink after is milk. Im not a very strong person (cleans 180, benches 175)
so, what kind of protein drink/food do you use?
Anyone here take creatin?

I took creatine for a while but all it cause me was heart palpitations. It can be good for muscle recovery, but that's about it.
As for protein I use Nitro Tech.Voted Hottest Male Member

Why is creatine bad for you? I spoke to my anatomy teacher about two years ago on this and he just said it might be bad for you because of the water retention in the muscles but it's proven scientifically that it helps you gain muscle.
