Everything that those videos says is based on their individual experiences. Some people do stuff like that and it works, some people do what they did, and nothing happens. There is no quick muscle answer, you can't get a 6 pack in no time, and there is no miracle drug, besides HGH that can do something overly substantial.
The basic ab workouts do work, and very little variation will do much.
