Paul McKenna's "I Can Make You Thin"

I have always been over weight. Weighing in at 330 lbs at 16 really isn't good. I want to make a difference in my life, not for others, but for myself. I want to have energy to do things and be able to get around much better. Since I plan on becoming an actor and a photographer, I really need the energy and efficiency to perform to my fullest degree. I am about to start out on Paul McKenna's "I Can Make You Thin". It's a hypnosis method to losing weight with TONS of great reviews. Check the Amazon reviews for example. I'll keep you guys up to date on how this method works out for me and give any advice and answer any questions about the program.

I don't think I'm up for your extreme fitness guide just yet. xD It's hard for me to even walk a mile. I pirated the program (Didn't want to spend money on something that might not work) One of the main topics is Eat when your hungry, stop whwn your no longer hungry. The hypnosis is supposed to help a person understand that feeling, and to stop your addiction to wanting to eat when your not hungry. I'm really skeptical about all programs, which is one reason I'm not sure if Paul's program will work or not. Has good reviews, so we'll see. Lol Once I do shed some weight using the program, I'm going to start out walking long distances. Once I can jog a mile non stop, I'm going to go after your guide.
