I have always been over weight. Weighing in at 330 lbs at 16 really isn't good. I want to make a difference in my life, not for others, but for myself. I want to have energy to do things and be able to get around much better. It's a hypnosis method to losing weight with TONS of great reviews. Check the Amazon reviews for example.
