For those of you that do not know what this is about to entail, I would like for you to take a look at my previous thread on your fitness:

This is the next step. It's time for you trk the rest of your body. This is the workout for your upper body.

These are the things you will need to complete this workout, good news is that you can find them at your local gym or sporting goods store:

45lb bench pressing bar
35lb dumbell
45lb dumbell
Back-pack

Warm up by stretching out your arms, shoulders, back, chest and quads. You don't want to get locked up while doing this. Stretch deep.

Step 1: Bench press the benching bar 1ooX. Do not stop. If you stop, it will hurt and you will be too tired to continue lifting.
Step 2: Perform 50 lifts with the 35lb dumbell, lifting it over your head, and locking out your elbows. Once again, do not stop, or it will just get harder.
Step 3: Perform 25 wide stance push-ups
Step 4: Perform 15 curls with the 35lb.
Step 5: Perform 25 diamond push-ups
Step 6: Put on the backpack, and place the 35lb weight into your pack. Perform 1oo squats.
Step 7: Take off your pack, and perform 1oo air-squats
Step 8: Perform 50 push-ups, any way you want
Step 9: Perform 30 lifts with the 45lb weight, same as the 35.
Step 10: Put back on the back pack, and perform 5 push-ups.
Step 11: Perform as many pull-ups as you can
FINAL STEP: Perform 10 push-ups anyway you want to.

COOL DOWN: Rest in a sauna. Relax. You are going to need at least 3 days to rest from this.

For maximum results, combine this regiment with Part 1.

Warning:

All workouts stated and described in the above and aforementioned threads is to be performed at your own discretion. Use your own knowledge of your body to decide how hard to push yourself. Start at at least 1/4 of the prescribed regiment, and gradually work your way up.
