You might need a few things.
Needed:
45lb. weight vest or acceptable substitute
Broom stick
5 friends, also with weight vests.
Tractor trailer tire
Sledge hammer (heavy as possible)
Here is your first workout, it works your abs, your biceps, triceps, pecs, delts, and lats.
With your 45lb. vest on, lay on the ground, have your buddy lay directly on-top of your back. Begin to low-crawl. After about 5 feet, you will start to feel the burn in most of your upper body. Low-crawl this way for about 25 feet.
Once the low crawl is complete, switch and have your buddy repeat the same process for another 25 feet.
Now alternate between push-ups and crunches. This will get the burn to go deeper, and will pay off in the long run.
Now once you and your partners, and whoever else you have doing this with you are done doing the low crawls, pick up the broom stick.
Begin to run in place for 30 seconds with the broom stick over your head.
Place the broom stick on the ground and gather your group of friends. The goal for the next exercise is trk as a team.
Your team must buddy carry one or more persons for a total of 90 feet. Once that is done, alternate until every person is carried at least once. Perform less if necessary, or just starting out.
Once that workout is finished, the tractor trailer tire comes into play.
Have every person you are working out with flip the tractor trailer tire 10 times, and once that tenth time is finished hit the tire with the sledge hammer 10 times with each arm. 10 left, 10 right.
Wrap the whole thing up with a max set of pull-ups/chin-ups.
Once that is finished, you are finished. Its at this point that I suggest that you drink at least 2 gallons of water throughout the day to replenish your body.
This work out should be performed at least 3 times a week. The results will definitely show.

Why do I see someone getting majorly hurt during this? Sledge hammer + tire = emergency room. I see someone hitting the tire hard, the hammer bouncing off, and hitting them in the face.
I listen for the whisper of your sweet insanity.
While I formulate denial of your effect on me.

It's all a controlled hit. That and the tire is not filled with air, so the rebound isn't as severe as you would think. It just takes you being an idiot to hurt yourself, safety is always first, so if you think you might hit yourself because you are so dead, then dont do it, or dont hit the tire so hard.
