If the account has been secured for 2 years and nothing has happened to it then its pretty safe to say the ban risk is low.

You know what bothers me? That you say it's been secured for 2 years, while it still has quite new EI's on it. Not to mention quite a lot of achievement points, I mean some of those require making threads/posting. Like, isn't the point of securing just leaving the account alone?

Its possible that he secured it for the 2 years and just recently started using it. If its been long enough that nothing is going to happen to the account (especially if it was abandoned by the original owner) some people take over hacked accounts and use them for their new mains. I've done it before, and I'm sure others have too.

well i see what your going at, but that means its not secure.
if he has been using it as his main it hasent been secured.
and plus, i see an orinkage hurricane. that item came out 04-30-10.
