For the monster we will be hunting (II. Will hold the monster of Choice) you should have fairly good armor. A good weapon is also advised.

Free To Play (F2P) Recommended :

-Rune full helm
-Rune Platebody
-Rune Platelegs
-Rune Kiteshield
-Amulet of Power
-Rune scimitar

Pay to Play (P2P) Recommended :

-Dragon Med helm
-Granite Platebody
-Dragon Platelegs
-Dragon boots
-Amulet of Glory
-Granite/Dragon Shield
-Dragon Scimitar/ Abyssal Whip

These are only recommended so you don't have to take as much food. Leaving more space for any loot or items or alching equipment.

F2P Levels :
40 Attack
60 Strength
OR
60 Range
OR
60 Mage
40 Defence

P2P Levels :
60 Attack
70-80 Strength
OR
70-80 Range
OR
70-80 Mage
60 Defence

Levels are there for maximum Killing time. Kills are faster.

II. Monster & Loot

Before I continue I should tell all your F2P players, you won't be making millions with this method. I'm sorry. For all your F2P players this is a good spot to train. But not a good spot for making millions. But for all you P2P players this will help make you rich!

Okay so the monster we will be fighting today is...:

Hitpoints : 20
XP Per Kill : 106

Not too hard to kill ^_^ But they will hit every now and then so Higher defence will protect you and the higher strength means less time fighting them.

Now on to the loot which will make you rich.
Simple. Herbs.

Loot:

Grimy avantoe
Grimy cadantine
Grimy dwarf weed
Grimy guam
Grimy harralander
Grimy irit
Grimy kwuarm
Grimy lantadyme
Grimy marrentill
Grimy ranarr
Grimy tarromin

Selling these in the GE will make you rich. Now just having a set of those won't. You'll have to be there atleast 10-12 Hours for you to get some cash.
Play 12 hours in two days you could have atleast 2M. Herbs are huge sellers so they will sell
Even the 2-3k Herbs add up once you get a 100 of them!
