You can always change the gender at the Mage located south of Falador.
And I don't have too many good accounts, but maybe I could give you a hook-up. :P
And, I have no idea what the ratio is.

Runescape is so bleh, the controls are crappy xD i haven't played it in years so maybe it has changed!
