Hi i am a noob to runescape and iw as wondering where is the best place to mine the do the furnace thing then smith ow and by the yway i am like level 12 mineing
and by best place i mean fastest

I suggest going to Barbarian village or Al Kharid then. =D
You can go later to the Mining guild but seeing that your mining level is still low, It's better to stay there first.
