Option to enable/disable smileys in individual posts

I think everyone knows the issue with the whole *** smiley, I figured the best way to avoid it appearing in random posts would be to have the option to enable/disable smileys in certain posts

Thoughts/feedback?

Not only can you click the checkbox for disabling smileys, anything you type in the [nosmilies] BB code will not be parsed either.
