Can we put a lock on threads that haven't had a reply in 2+ years?
and if someone tries to reply maybe it sends a message to a mod and they can decide to unlock it or not

There are settings to prune forums if needed. Spam gets pruned. But marketplace threads still provide SEO, and the amount of space they take up is negligible.
Like said, JY doesn't need old threads locked for example. If something can be replied to coherently, it is allowed to be replied to coherently.
If a moderator of an appointed forum thinks old threads should be locked, they have that freedom.
i.e. Not an administrative decision. You can try PMing the moderator of the forum you think that would be appropriate for, or nominate a moderator for that forum if there isn't one already.
