Fix the forum tab at the top.

There used to be a tab where "videos" currently is that said forum. Its gone now.

The video tab is still there. And the forum tab was removed because once clicked, it took you back to the home page. Which is redundant. And the drop-down only had "What's new", which is now it's own tab.

No problem, I like the new placement much better. Hopefully cutting out a step will encourage more people to click it.

Also, I had just discovered yesterday that there wasn't a search box in the new theme. I'm so sorry about that one everybody. It managed to blow right over me for like five months.
