Some suggestions for more members

Ok these are my suggestions to get more members in.

Let me start it off with the UG requirements:
Make UGB
100 post
2 contributions
5 referrals
UGS
500 post
5 contributions
about 15 referrals

If they can get the referrals i bet we would have more members in this site in no time.

EDIT : Also clean up the UG sections delete all the threads that are dead and not working anymore and make it more clean and look better.

Ok this is gonna be a weird suggestions but i really think its going to get members to join.

On gaia alot of people like role playing and stuff so why not make a sub forum in the gaia section for role playing.

I know there is going to be alot of spam, noobs, grammar.
Well we really need the spam for now because this site is pretty dead so why not get some spam then nothing.
Who cares if we get noobs in gaia the noobs that role play have plenty of friends and you may never know they can refer them to this site if we have some awesome role playing.
When i scam some role players i always notice they know how to use grammar and know how to spell that could be good for the writing thing you guys need.
We can also advertise lg for role playing, hack, ect.

Make a LG banner that people can advertise with so it would make everyones life easier to get referrals.

These suggestions could give us a big boost in members.
But we just need to learn how to advertise and have members advertise not just sit down and wait for the members to just come in. We need your help to expand lg. Stop saying this site is "Dead" and start referring people.

I'm just suggesting that because on gaia plenty of people role play and its pretty successful on gaia so why not here just to get more members.

The logo is a good idea then make one and give it Thomas and if he likes he i guess he would put it.

Like i said this was suggested just to get more members i don't care what they do its not like i'm going to role play if they want to cyber they can go ahead and cyber but we will still be getting more members and activity on lg thats all we need.

There aren't much people here that do graphics and if they make the graphics a bigger section it would be active for about 2 days and die out. Everyone posts their creations in the junkyard and not many people make tuts.
Go refer people the make graphics and we will see what goes on from there.

We're not going to be making a new logo just yet. You'll find out why soon enough.

The last two attempts to start up the advertising team ended horribly. Although, I'm willing to give it another shot.

As for the banners, that's up to the graphics team. Once they make some I'll add a feature to generate referral banners. Like you'd see on GPT sites.

As we've said many times. We won't be making any more forums until there is an active need for it. Unless we're getting around 5 new threads per day for the topic, there won't be a new forum made. In the past when a large group of people would request a forum then ended up not posting in it.

The referral requirement sounds like a good idea, I'll add that now.

You see, if you force people to refer someone to sites, they wouldn't actually think about who they ask, so basically they could just refer 5 people who never post or who are complete retards. Also, if you require actually referring active people, no one would probably get bronze and even think about silver. To me it sounds like a lose-lose situation.

Its better to make it harder to get into UG so that the programs are better.

Exclusive programs aren't necessarily any better. You see, I thought it was up to the programmer, whether to make a program good or not.
