LG Questions and Assistance Sub/ Make the Rules Thread more Deliberate/Avis

Question and Assistance Sub-Forum (Q&A) (Stop me if there's already one.) - A place where newbies/anyone can ask questions regarding LG's functions, systems, Guidelines and the sort. This can also help increase the content of our current "FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)" portion.

Make the Rules Thread more Deliberate. (Enhance it.) - The current Rules and Regulations Thread needs to be more deliberate, accurate and more detailed, If not, specific. This way, We can quote the exact offense of a person when infracting, reporting or anything. Doing this can also raise awareness and knowledge about the current rules (Since making it more detailed and specific will give the person a more detailed perspective about the forum, it's functions, and it's taboos.)

This isn't really necessary, But it's worth a shot.
Avatars - Make the maximum size/width of the avatars somewhat bigger than the current one. If you don't like big avis, Then at least increase the size limit. That way, We can have more detailed/animated avatars (This is also great, since we have many graphic artists out there who's willing to jump on animated visualizations, And this can be a good way for them to practice.)
