Mini-chat?

Dear LG (Logical Gamers),

You guys should add a mini-chat. It'll be way easier to talk to people, and to just randomly chat.

We will most likely be getting one imbedded in the website when we fix the Plugin system.

The collapse button does work, but for some reason it only works for mod, s-mod, and admins.
