i have to type this as fast as possible
every10 minutes my computer freezes and repeates the last noise it made really fast than shuts off
should i just delete evrything off my computer and start over?
im about to do that
or is it something in the computer itself?

Could be any number of reasons. If you aren't seeing a Blue Screen, it's less likely it's a hardware issue.
Press F8 repeatedly while booting to open the boot menu, and choose Safe Mode. While in Safe Mode, run a full system virus scan to make sure that's not the issue. If you for whatever reason need Internet during this process, use the Safe Mode with Networking option.
Make sure you have adequate RAM for everything running. Check your Task Manager's resource statistics to see if RAM or processor is maxed out, which could cause the freeze.
Open your system's startup processes (in Windows 8, it's an option under Task Manager; in previous versions, Start -> Run -> msconfig -> Startup) and disable anything fishy. Malware can hide here to run on startup. Remove unnecessary programs as well to improve performance.

fix your registry i did it with mine and it fixed it and also defrag.

I had the same problem ! Mine was because of rams so i changed them
