Google Video Quality Report

Just a new, basic page Google put out. It tells how your ISP handles SD vs HD videos.

My [work's] ISP, for example, can handle SD videos fine with "occasional interruption" for HD.
Also, 85% of video streamed via my ISP is in HD.
