Xbox 360 project ideas?

So I have a spare xbox 360 that I got for free because it has a broken disc tray and I was trying to think of ideas of projects I could do with it. Figured you guys might have better ideas than I?

Does anyone know of any emulator hacks to make it so I could play older console games on the xbox? Like gamecube, playstation one, nes, sega games?

I figure I'll probably just load all my downloaded games onto it so I have them anywhere I go.

I will probably do some cosmetic modification, like painting the case and doing led lights, but I wanna do more. :p

if its a pht it is pretty simple on how to repair it thin i would flash it or get a xkey so free games
