When I was making my Python program and application, I delete the .py (being stupid) and now I can't get it back.
Anyone know how to decompile .pyc file?
Thanks!

....
First off, I'm on a mac, and I already cleared the trash.
Yes, you can make it an application on a mac, if you right click it hit Build Applet. It makes it a .app which can run on all mac machines without Python.
Also, I don't want your source, because it doesn't interest me.
Also, I have no idea what bot you released.
So please don't make assumptions when you don't know the meaning of what I'm trying to do.
EDIT: The project is for a Zantarni Avatar Game. It does an automatic fisher and miner.
Anything else you need to know.Last edited by iWarez; 05 Jun. 2010 at 10:17pm.

I know there was a decompiler for version 2.4 or 2.5, I don't know if there's one for the newer versions. I've only heard of that one, I don't know if there's any more...

I also remember seeing a module to decompile 2.6
Not sure where, maybe on the official python module webpage.Shh, I'm watching My little pony.

@Bman; quit assuming that someone is trying to steal your shit.
Also, if you are trying to de-compile a .pyc and it's not your program perhaps you should learn programming and stop trying to rip someone off?

I've lost the original sources before. It happens... not because I erased it by accident of course. Anyways, why don't you try reprogramming it? Doesn't sound like something that would be too complicated.
