Well I'll give $1,000 to whatever genius found a way to back-door a text file. Besides that, no it was not back-doored. If it was even detected by anything it was due to the fact it contained obfuscated codes, which on old scanner can set off false positives (Considering a used a really common public obfuscater).

I haven't backdoored shit -.- Congratulations at being a moron :]
