Ah ok. I think every school does it differently. TCA is 3 or 5, i dont remember, weeks of lectures, then 3-5 weeks of cooking, then 3-5 of lectures... Etc. CAA is two hours of lecture, 3 hours of cooking every day.
Pretty much. It's not just a lecture class though. For instance one day we'll learn it, then the next we'll cook food.
Seriously? That sucks. Lots of lectures the first few weeks?
Homework overload. Teacher's don't know when too much is too much.
