Ah, sorry but I don't really have time to spend on things like this. I rather just be part of the team, and post programs whenever possible. I have to focus my spare time on projects that will actually help me get a good job in the future.
I would ask that you be active. You would have to oversee the programming team and give them tasks etc. When we start to implement new features the developer comes in and further improves on it.
What would be my responsibilities? What would I gain from that? Would activity be an issue?
Would you want to run for the site developer position?
