wow i did that and when i try to start it says this the following eror occurs somthing about dosent support windows and the one i got is visual studio remote debbuger 2008 aonfused:

uhm go here
Microsoft Express Downloads - Visual Studio Express and SQL Server Express
then click on Visual Basic 2008 Express Edition
and click english and it should start the download and when it asks to download extra features or whatever u dont need silverlight so u can just uncheck it
