When I try to edit my file it tells me I reached the maximum limit.

Try now. vB permissions are fucking dumb and picky, but I've tweaked some things. If this doesn't work, I'll just give all mods upload abilities.
My only options are rate, download, and report.
You should be able to update this file with your Slots Client. Let me know if you have any issues.

As a moderator, you should have the ability to upload programs to the Downloads page. It is set to staff-only. However, I don't know which staff. It may just be admin-only. Can you check?
Make sure you have access to the Moderators forum. Try to voice your opinion in as many active topics in it as you can.
