I have a program request for Mr. Riddle. I run Google Chrome. Google Chrome starts a new tab, when it does, it starts a new chrome.exe, I was wondering if you could have a background program, that could make every time chrome.exe is created, it makes it run "realtime" instead of "normal" priority. Windows XP btw.
