Willing to go around 22 or do dollars?
9x3 (3 dollars per mil). = 27 bucks, shibuya should be a "bonus". ;P I'll do 22 bucks or so, if you're willing to wait till the weekend or one night when my parents aren't lurking around me (I use a computer in the living room over the school year). I've got a debit card I got for christmas that I could use. Just need to set up a Paypal or find a way to link it to my old one.
