I'd Like to note it's all legit, I earned it myself without having to hack accounts or anything. So its completely safe.

"i've said this multiple times before, and i don't know why people don't get it. it's against gaiaonline's terms of service to trade ANY gaiaonline gold/items off site, that includes what people call "legit" and "illegal" gaiaonline gold. as soon as you purchase gold off site, it's breaking their terms of service, thus a ban could be issued."

Oh god you're stupid. I meant, if he got his gold from hacking someone, then that person filed a report and the mods would be looking for those items and you'd get banned after he traded them to you, vs if he earned them, then the deal is between 2 players and the mods have no REASON to even suspect something happened, so writing that the gold/items were earned legit is ok to do.

you're still selling gold off site???? your logic is fucked up the arse; someone buys "legal" gold = less chance of getting banned??? selling "illegal" gold = greater chance of getting banned???
YOU'RE STILL FUCKIN' SELLING GOLD OFF SITE REGARDLESS OF HOW IT WAS OBTAINED...THE STATE OF HOW IT WAS OBTAINED IS IRRELEVANT.
to prove my theory, i want YOU to sell gold that you earned "legally" and link a moderator to said thread. you will get banned regardless of how it was obtained since you're selling it off site you're the one who's stupid, along with anyone else tagging along with your broken arse logic. this is the last time i'll be replying to this thread.Last edited by Butts; 04 Dec. 2013 at 12:09pm.

Guys, play nice.
Once you buy gold, it is no longer legal. Gaia will ban anyone who buys gold. Simple as that.
Gold earned legitimately still has a less chance of being banned, because it can't be traced back to a reported hacked account. Hacked gold often gets reported, so after you buy it, not only is there the risk of Gaia banning you for buying it, but the risk of Gaia banning you by tracing where it originated back to the original hacked account. However, buying gold period is a bannable offense.

How would they know they paid for the item if something simple as donating? I mean Im worth like 300m I can easily just give away an item or two. Whats so suspicious about that?

Except this is irrelevant to the thread as I'm sure the OP understands the implications of selling gold/items.
It's been said before, but really as long as the gold is more or less "legit" the chances are still significantly lower of being banned. (I'm sure you sell your gaia online things with this in mind as well)
It can happen, sure, but that pretty much has nothing to do with the OP stating that his stuff is legit.I'm lightning on my feet
