well now that with pain you can fuse text in the the picture its not to hard just getting it slanted is an issue and you can find founts online and download them

This has been a feature in Paint since XP, if not before.

But you still can't do the many effects PhotoShop can, such as rotate text, translucency, text overlays, and styles.
