Yes. I am in need of game tokens from Gaia.
Don't ask me why, but I'd rather buy here.

1:10 ratio = 1 LGG : 10 Token
I need them ASAP.

you need 10 tokens when its only 10 gaia gold then go to slots and buy them there....

That's just a ratio he is going by.
Meaning..
For every ten token you have, you will get 1LGG from him.
