Condition:  Pay must be done when satisfied, previews will be showed in image form with watermarks. 

Also if you wish for your site to go on the web you will need a hosting package & a domain(*Optional)

I refuse to make a website and put it on the web if you are using a free hosting package. (Sorry but most sites that use this experience many problems.)
