If the account has been secured for 2 years and nothing has happened to it then its pretty safe to say the ban risk is low.

one question, what is the point of accepting ONLY gaia gold for it, i mean you have the gold, the items, it makes no sense ...

You know what bothers me? That you say it's been secured for 2 years, while it still has quite new EI's on it. Not to mention quite a lot of achievement points, I mean some of those require making threads/posting. Like, isn't the point of securing just leaving the account alone?

If its been long enough that nothing is going to happen to the account (especially if it was abandoned by the original owner) some people take over hacked accounts and use them for their new mains. I've done it before, and I'm sure others have too.

if he has been using it as his main it hasent been secured.
