that's a subjective thing. Old names tend to sometimes slip under the radar, especially the rare ones when punctuation marks and symbols were allowed, like the bracketed names. They have almost equal chances of getting banned, but are sometimes suspected less.
And a further note - prices can vary for old names from as little as 50-100k to as much as several millions. And rare names are worth more these days anyway.
Final note - it depends upon how much buyers are willing to pay as well, sometimes certain parties believe that asking prices can be too high.
