About LinkBacksDevil tail was legit, up until I talked someone into letting me use it over MSN (social engineering) so basically, the devil tail is good to go, since we had no agreement over the item over Gaia itself.. It was also gifted, so if you are the one to buy it, it will NOT disable your trading pass.. Unless traded..

Well, even if it is gifted, isn't there still a chance that Gaia will find out? Because if that guy had a Devil Tail, he'd probably go straight to a Mod (I know I would) and they can track gift logs.
