Here is wow in a nutshell

levels 1-79 "kill ten bears" lather rinse repeat

you dont actually start to play the game till 80

then at lvl 80 , you go on tankspot , and study all the videos , so you can have content knowledge , so you can get invited into raid groups that people are generally going to have no idea what they are doing anyways, or try to make up some innovative idea how to clear this fight faster ,youre going to wipe , and be stuck with a hefty repair bill .
imo~ it requires relying on people too much, if you want to play , get in on a private server , seeing as theyre free, its the only way that Ill ever play WoW ever again.

But i digress, wow is pretty ok the first time through untill you realize its alot of the same thing over and over again.

I like the game a lot, and yeah it really doesn't start till 80. Pre-80 it is mostly questing and stuff like that, just trying to get levels. Once you hit 80 you can find a good raiding guild and work on getting geared up, that is when it gets fun. And with Blizzard releasing new content all the time it never really gets boring.

I have played it in the past, and from personal experience it is a fun game. I would saw you should try it out. But the reason why I do not play it any more is because its really time consuming. My brother spends like 4 hours in just one raid. So its pretty crazy. The most time I ever spent on WoW was like 7 hours. That was my first raid.

WoW is great. I have played it off and on since December 28th, 2004.

It is so much better than any other "free" online games.

It is true that most of game doesn't start till 80, but it is very easy to level.
