Today I was 2 hours late for school. I pull up in the parking lot and there is 13 squad cars and 2 news vans. Turns out someone planted a bomb on school campus and they had to remove it. And for the rest of the school day we had cops at every exit and literally every corner of the hallways. Interesting day.

Ill say 15-18 beacuse he drives (hopefully legal) and still calls it school

Luckyy. Licence in Philly is 18. Permit is 17.
