It's called taking flak Boob, Mods and S-Mods take it all the time because they're looked at as abusing their power no matter what they do. You cant resort to banning just because someone calls you out in the Junkyard, if they harass you in PMs? Sure go for it, if on your Profile page? Delete the comment and infract the user, giving them a verbal warning on the side informing them that they should take it to an admin and if they continue doing it, then you'll resort to banning them.
