That it is possible to get too much sleep, and end up more tired than you were before you went to sleep?
Is this true?

Yes that is often the case. Too much sleep is not necessarily a good thing.

How do you find out if it is too much sleep?
My body seems to not like sleeping from 11 PM to 6 AM, but if I go to bed earlier, my body shuts down the next day, and if I go to bed later, my body is fine.
Too confusing.
