CoDMW2 Ps3 :(

I just got my CoD MW2 on my ps3 and when i put it in it told me to install 1.03 but then it updated but when it was time to install it said there was an error. Now when I click for it to come on it just takes me a to a black screen where I can't click home button to go home :/. It works because when I take out the game I can play any other game, what's up with this? Anyone else had this problem?
