I have an account that has reached it's sending limit. It says that the limits are reset each month on the day you created your account. Well it's that day and the limit has still not have reset, do you know if It will or not?

I have never actually heard of a spending limit being reset unless it was some type of account (I think it was Business or something)
Try asking customer support they usually help

Attach a bank account or update to the business account or whatever. I have no clue what the point of updating is. You get more features and they charge you less per transaction. I can only assume they do it to rip off people too lazy/stupid to upgrade.
