If you draw this

on paper while looking at it.
No copying like paper over picture, just using your eye to draw the lines you see on the screen

Tracing? Really?
I don't believe it D:
cuz cuz your not using it under the paper in which your drawing to get the exact locations to get the exact thing. Like, I just looked at it, broke it down into squares, triangles, drew in the pieces, then added shade. Just used the picture as a reference

Its not tracing.
Tracing: a drawing created by superimposing a semitransparent sheet of paper on the original image and copying on it the lines of the original image

Yeah, don't worry man. I do the same shit at times. But I'd change colors up a little bit or just do it in black and white. xD

It's called eyeballing, it's not the same as tracing. It could be considering copying, but if you post your eyeballed version on the internet it's best to give a link to the original just in case.

Didn't read anything, but it is considered copying/plagiarism. It is their intellectual property. It doesn't have to be copied word for word. In comparison, if someone reads a book to you, and then you retype that book from memory and publish it, you stole/plagiarized it.
