Nothing because you get nothing special out of it.
Plus it's easy to get 10 prestige with 1337 H@X.

Nothing, especially considering that it isn't a legit 10th prestige. Getting to 10th prestige is the whole point of the game other than mindless running around and killing.
The journey is what makes CoD, not the destination.Scavengers. Trespassers. Adventurers. Loners. Killers. Explorers. Robbers.
