Chibi yes.
Fun to be honest.
I'd say Jade Dynasty but I got uber bored of it after level 110.

I hated Jade Dynasty and I was thinking of playing that game

It is, but grinding = crap exp. Your best source is quests.
Some quests give you 100k exp just to walk to an npc not too far away

It's a fun game nevertheless.
